Today in Organic Chemistry Lab:
Chris(lab assistant): "So you'll just put the dichloromethane in the separatory funnel, add the sodium bicarbonate and shake it all up!"
Me: "Sweet!" *I do a shake it dance while Chris and Sam stare at me awkwardly*
Chris: "That's not how you are supposed to shake it....."
Sam: "Yeah, shake it like a....like.....like a....."
Chris: "SHAKE IT LIKE A BABY!"
Wow there Sparky. Just wow.
